Shipping & Returns
At The Kutir, we prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping and returns policy:
Shipping Charges:
- To ensure the safe delivery of our fragile products, we create bespoke packages for each order. Shipping charges are calculated based on the invoice value as follows:
- Order value Rs. 0.00 – Rs. 999: Rs. 100 shipping fee
- Order value above Rs. 1000: Free shipping
Delivery Process:
- Delhi NCR orders are dispatched and delivered within 5 days by our in-house logistics team.
- For orders outside of Delhi NCR, our logistics partners handle the delivery process. Upon dispatch, you will receive tracking details and partner information via email and text message.
Delivery Attempts:
- Our logistics partners will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to us. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping details, including your zip code and mobile number, to avoid delays in delivery.
Returns & Reshipments:
- If your package is returned to us, please contact us at info@kutirs.com or +91 8375858589 . We will arrange for the package to be resent to you upon receipt.
Payment Options:
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. For non-eligible COD orders, alternative payment methods are available.
- We also accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as offer Net Banking options across major banks for your convenience.
